One Path You Already Have: Three Xiaohongshu Paths

The decision is which one Xiaohongshu path you start: a brand brief, a shop sale, or a private list. How to write a single note is a different page. This page does not rank the paths by income, and it does not quote a follower minimum the platform did not publish here.

One path, one requirement you already have

Brand work starts only when a brand has given you a written brief: what may be said, what must be disclosed, and how you will be paid. A hope that brands will notice the account is not a brief. Without the brief, do not pick this path.

A shop sale starts only when the category you want is one the shop account lets you list, and you can name the product. If the category is closed or you have no product, do not pick this path. The note that points at the product is the effect-marketing note.

A private list starts only when you can export the names or addresses of people who already asked for the next step. Followers inside the app are not that list if you cannot take them with you. Without the export, do not pick this path. Building the list by posting is allowed. Calling the feed a list is not.

What you leave behind

Write the path you did not pick, and the missing item. That sentence stops you from running brand pitches, a shop, and a private group in the same week. One missing item is enough reason to wait.

If none of the three requirements is true, your work this week is to get one of them: a brief, an open category with a product, or an exportable list. It is not to buy a course about all three.

Is a small account blocked from brand work?

This page does not set a follower cutoff. The block it uses is the missing brief. A brand can brief a small account. Silence from brands means you do not have the path yet.

Can I sell in the shop and collect a list?

Not as the starting pair. Finish one requirement and one week of that path. A second path needs its own requirement, written down, after the first one exists.

Do official names for these features change?

Yes. Check the creator or merchant screen you actually have before you follow a click-path from an old post. This article names the decision, not the button labels.
